I remember Alan with gratitude. His wisdom and encouragement were heartening for my self and Chris during the time Chris was ministering at Inglewood United . I really appreciated him kindness to our son Simon . He was much more than an art teacher. My thoughts and prayers to Margaret and the rest of his whanau. May you all be comforted by memories of a kind generous man of God

Such a wonderful man,
A true gentleman loved your humor our many conversations on many topics, our times that i spent often with you and dear Margaret..food was our every morning topic as you passed the kitchen, you loved the old recipies.. It was an honour that i got to know a part of your life.
I will visit Margaret and we will share many of those moments
