Alfons KALIN Obituary
Passed away at home on Friday 20th October 2017, aged 87 years. Much loved husband for 50 years and best friend of the late Marion. Loved companion of Shirley. Much loved father and father-in-law of Paul and Carol, Brian and Mary, Christine and Jane, Maree and John Powell, Mark and Lee. Loved Grandad of his 13 grandchildren, and Great-Grandad of his 11 great-grandchildren. Good friend of Sarah Green. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to St Vincent de Paul, and these may be left at the funeral or sent to C/- Hardings Funeral Services, PO Box 605, Hawera 4640. All communications may be directed to 1/97 Argyle Street, Hawera, 4610. A funeral celebrating Alf's life will be held at St Joseph's Catholic Church, Hawera, on Tuesday 24th October 2017, commencing at 11.00am, after which he will be laid to his rest beside Marion at the Hawera Cemetery.
