Alfred Langley (Alf):
Today our family move on without our patriarch, mentor, hero, husband, Dad, Grandad. A man of integrity and honour. We will all miss him greatly. Alf passed peacefully surrounded by his family on 31st January 2017. Dearly loved husband of 66 years to Marjory (nee Verry). Precious dad to Bruce and Julie, the late Richard, Ross and Noot. Cherished granddad to Charles and Jane. Respected brother to Bill and Joan, Jim (dec), Fay and Trevor (dec), Betty and Roy (dec), Doreen and Ron, Eric and Gwenda, Dale and John. Sylvia, Dot (dec), Judy and Ron (dec), Donald and Ruth, Elaine and Ross. Admired uncle to his many nieces and nephews. A very special thank you to the medical team in Ward 2A at Taranaki Base Hospital. Your care of Alf was exemplary and much appreciated. Messages for the family can be sent C/- 20 King Street, Waitara 4320. As per Alf's wishes, a private service has been held.
