Ann KERNOT-BREWSTER Obituary

Passed away peacefully in Taranaki Base Hospital on the evening of 3 April 2026. Daughter of Roy and Elizabeth Brewster (nee Jollie) and step-daughter of Nettie (nee Heal). Sister of Betty, Rex, Barry, Grant (all deceased), Kay and John (both Melbourne). Much-loved mother and mother-in-law of Christopher (Vanuatu), Jo-Anne and Robert (Melbourne), Terrence and Rebecca (Dunedin), Clare and Murray (Wellington). Grandmother of Sam, Ashley, Edward, Grace, Ella, Helena, Christopher, Kaiwaka, Anaka, Rua, Taiaha. The family thank the dedicated and caring staff of Pathways, Taurima and Rhapsody Rest Homes, and Taranaki Base Hospital for their care of Ann. Ann has been cremated and a memorial service will be held at 10.00am on 9 May 2026, at A Simple Cremation & Burials, 233 Carrington St, New Plymouth, followed by interment at Te Henui Cemetery. The memorial service will be livestreamed online at asimplecremation.co.nz
