Anne and her family, together with Richard and Stuart and the Bishop family, would like to thank family and friends for the wonderful support received after the loss of a much-loved partner, father, grandfather, brother-in-law, uncle and friend. Thank you all for the flowers, cards, food, visits, messages and phone calls. Your love and thoughtfulness has been much appreciated.
