Ariana MAHU Obituary
(Tragically taken 23rd February 2018). Devoted and forever cherished Mother of Te Reihana and Te Teira. Treasured daughter of Don Mahu and the late Clara Mahu. Loved sister to all the Taranaki and Tauranga whanau. Second Mum to all her nieces and nephews, and all children who were naturally drawn to her. Tangi will be held at Wairoa Pa, Wairoa Pa Road, Bethlehem on Tuesday 27th February at 11am. Ariana will be laid to rest following the service at Whakahake Uru Pa.

On baby Shelbs 1st birthday when I walked in I immediately knew that you would be in the kitchen. so I walked to the kitchen and I saw you and I was standing behind you while Te Teira stared at me so surprised that I was there...and when you turned around I jumped into your arms and we both started crying because it was the first time we saw each other sinse I moved back to Taranaki. then one of the younger cousins came and asked why we were sad, and you said I just missed Mama...a.k.a me. I miss you heaps aunty, today its been a year sinse you passed away.
