Athol LANG Obituary
Peacefully at Taranaki Base Hospital on Friday, August 26 2016, with his daughters at his side and in time to be with his loved Lorna for her birthday. Dearly loved and treasured husband of the late Lorna. Dearly loved, treasured and respected father and father-in-law of Karen and Neil Harrison (Manaia), Glenyss and Kent Oldman (Hamilton), Paula and Bruce Cameron (Hawera), Stephen (Auckland). Dearly loved and adored grandad of Bradley and Sheree, Amanda, Kenneth and Nicky, Nicole and Kurt, Caitlin, Stephanie, Jason and Kayleigh. Loved and treasured great-grandad of Chloe, Gemma, Abby, Lachlan, Jaiden, Bella, Saphire, Angel, Bensin, Braxton, Keegan, Connor, Jorja, Hunter, Noah. Dad, you fought so hard to stay with us, a true battler who fought to the end, 83 years young. A service for Athol will be held at St Cuthbert's Anglican Church, Manaia, on Wednesday, August 31 2016, at 11am followed by interment at the Manaia Lawn Cemetery.

To Karen Glenyss and Paula and to all your families so sorry to hear off Athols passing he was a true and dear friend to our family and loved the memories that mum and dad talked about. So sorry I can't get to be with you all on Wednesday, but I will so be thinking of you.
