Barbara KURIGER Obituary

It is with much sadness that the family announces Barbara passed away peacefully on Monday 28 April 2025, aged 86. Dearly loved wife of the late Len. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Thomas & Tina, Patrick & Michele, Leonie, Monica & Wayne, Deidre & John, and Stephen & Danielle. Cherished grandmother of Annielise, Chloe, Matthew, Chelcie, Damian, Luke, Hayley, Bailey, Jessica, Connor, Reese, and Emily, and great- grandmother of Libby, Emma, Isla, Finn, and Blake. Messages to Barbara's family may be left on her tribute page at eagars.co.nz/barbara. Friends are invited to attend Requiem Mass for Barbara at The Catholic Church of the Immaculate Conception, 90 Miranda Street, Stratford, on Saturday 3 May at 1.00pm. Thereafter to the Koputama Cemetery.
In preference to flowers, please consider a donation to the Parish of the Catholic Church of the Immaculate Conception Stratford.
For those unable to attend, Barbara's funeral will be livestreamed via her tribute page.
