Barbara was a lovely neighbour, friend and mentor to me over the past years. I admired her love of life and wonderful creative abilities especially floral designing. my thoughts are with you and your families at this time.

We were all very saddened to hear of Barbara's passing. She was our much valued patron and wonderful designer for many years. Barbara always inspired us to think outside the square when designing. She was a generous teacher of our craft and will be greatly missed by us all.

Out last encounter was in December when we bought mum down for a coffee with you we had a lovely morning going over memories from you dental nurse days you were a true friend to mum and you and the girls were a great addition to our family rest in peace

On New Year's Day my niece Helen from Amsterdam and myself spent over an hour with Barbara looking at all her stunning painted chinaware, while she chatted about her lifetime devoted to all aspects of art. Helen bought a beautiful bowl to take home, while Barbara gave me a wee gift, which I will treasure. Such a lovely talented woman who will be dearly missed.

Barbara was a highly skilled floral designer, who was both very creative and innovative. In her role as Patron of Taranaki Area, Barbara was always keen to share and support friendship with flowers in our province. Her presence will be sorely missed.

Condolences to the Mills Family.
I have on my bedside table a beautiful dish that Barbara hand painted for our wedding. I sit my jewelry in this dish and have done for the past 34 years. Such a talented beautiful lady. R.I.P Bruce & Linda
