Passed away peacefully on Monday, 25 January at the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. Dearly loved husband of Barbara, dear Dad of Sandra and Mark, and much loved brother of Diane and brother-in-law of Peter Gibbons. Privately cremated as per Barrie's wishes.

To those who knew my Dad in New Plymouth, know that he never lost a hankering for the place. He reminisced plenty, reliving his days, his friends, his bike rides to work and his rugby and running days. Right until the end he followed his beloved All Blacks, making recommendations as to who will form the next world cup winning team. He loved his sport and his homeland. I will remember the good times and there were many.
