Bede KISSICK Obituary
16 February 1962 – 5 October 2024
We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to all who have offered their support and love since the loss of our dearly loved husband, father, Poppa, brother and friend. Your presence, thoughtful messages, and generous acts of kindness have been a source of comfort to us. We would like to thank the emergency services, especially Kaponga Fire Brigade, Hawera St John Ambulance, Taranaki Rescue Helicopter and Hawera Police for their swift response and compassionate care. To those who visited, provided food, and sent messages of condolences, your support has reminded us of the strength of our community. To our friends and wider family, thank you for continuing to be there when we need you. We value your friendship. A huge thank you to our farm team and friends, Andrew, Kate and Eric, for your commitment and hard work ensuring the farm not only goes on but continues to a high standard. We are also deeply grateful to those who assisted our farm team allowing us to focus on honouring Bede's memory. Thanks also to local businesses and clubs, especially Claas Harvest Centre, Riverlea Contractors, Kaponga Lions, and Farm Source Kaponga for their ongoing support. Your help has been invaluable. Thank you to Fr Arthur Toothill, Fr Brian Carmine and Kaponga St Patricks parish for making Bede's service special and memorable. A special thank you to Tracey Crowley for planning and leading the family rosary. It was a touching and personal farewell for Bede. Thank you all for being there for us during this time of sorrow. Your kindness will always be remembered and cherished.
Shirley, Sophie, Liam and family
