Condolences to Fiona, Lisa, Deb and families. Mum rang me last night to tell me Beryl had passed. I was both surprised and shocked to hear that sad news as I had only just been messaging her on FB 're her new move and being in Hospital. My thoughts are with you all. I have many memories of our families interactions and friendship going way back to Opunake and of later years with both Colin and Beryl in New Plymouth. Stephen Richards

It is with much sadness that we need to send this message to Beryl's family. We have so many lovely memories of spending time with Beryl and her friends. Beryl had a great zest for life and we enjoyed being a part of it. Sadly we cannot be with you tomorrow to say goodbye to a very special lady. It is with much sadness that the members of the Paritutu Bowling Club acknowledge the passing of Club member, Beryl. We extend our sincere sympathy to her family. Members are invited to attend Beryl's service at Eagars Te Henui Chapel, 174 Lemon Street, New Plymouth, on Friday 27th May at 10.30am. Club Jackets to be worn please.
