Betty SMITH Obituary
Peacefully, surrounded by family at Taranaki Base Hospital, on Thursday, 11th November 2021, aged 86 years. Loved wife of the late Peter. Treasured mother of Gerald and Leonie, Tony and Brenda, Chris and Fong, Mark and Ita, Melinda (Mandy) and Tony, Paul and Neneng, and Faisal and Rini. Adored grandma of all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Betty would want us to make special mention of Nicky, Seb, Evelyn and the lovely nurses who cared for her through her last weeks. Messages may be sent to 'The Smith Family', c/- PO Box 4016, New Plymouth 4340. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice Taranaki would be appreciated and can be left at the service or made via the Hospice website. Due to current restrictions, an invitation only service will be held to celebrate Betty's life at The Chapel of W Abraham on Tuesday, 16th November at 2.00pm.
