Hi Catherine and family. Our Mitchell family have such happy memories of Bill and Desiree, Ingrid, Trixie, Des and Andrew from the time they arrived in New Plymouth. So many family gatherings, BBQ's and adventures. Dad loved winding Bill up at their Friday night card evenings, and Bill loved reciprocating -with their cigar smoke evidence of another long night invading our lounge for the next week. Dad's comments on Saturday morning were always along the line of, 'that Bill Frengley has fleeced me again of a further $1.12c from my hard earned savings'. Such a lovely friendship. We were so fortunate to have Bill as our family doctor for the 16 years we lived in New Plymouth. He delivered each of our children and we were always grateful for his considered advice, his great diagnostic skills and especially for his kind and warm manner. He will be sadly missed.

A very special Dr, who cared and was always interested in our family. If we every saw Bill out and about he would always ask after the extended family. Sincere sympathy to all his family.
