DUCKETT, Bob (Robert Elton). - Passed early Sunday, 11th May 2014, at Annie Brydon Hawera, in his 87th year. Dearly loved husband of Marjorie (d. Jan 2010) for 59 years. A so loved and loving dad to Carol (decd.) and her partner Tim, Robyn (Auckland), and a loved and respected pop to Jeremy.
Friends are invited to a service for Bob which will be held at the South Taranaki Returned Services Club this Friday, 16th May 2014, at 1pm. Private cremation thereafter. Messages C/- 24a Mountain Road, Mangere Bridge, Auckland 2022.

Hi Robyn, I was so looking forward to seeing Dad last month, but due to ill health had to delay my visit a month. He knew I was coming and I was so looking forward to catching up with him.. Such a lovely man, quietly spoken,interesting to talk to and looked so like my Dad Percy Duckett. Sorry I cant be with you but will catch up when you come north sometime. Love to you all at this special time. Another Kauri has fallen. Peace be his.
