Brian AUSTIN Obituary

Such sad news, Some of my most wonderful school memories were having Mr Austin as our bus driver, he was always up for a chat, put his earmuffs on to ignore all the noise and naughty behaviour, never wanting to get us all in trouble and gave us a lolly each when getting off the bus at the end of the year. He always stopped to have a chat as I've seen him since school and I always enjoyed hearing what he was up to and what bus routes he was taking, he truly loved it. A wonderful man, thanks for all the joy you shared. Rest easy

So sad to hear of Brian´s passing.
He did such a lot to help us on the farm, and was a good kind man.

Condolences to Brian´s family. Brian drove our 3 kids to and from school at Okato for many years. A passionate plant grower who grew blueberries and sold them at Omata after the bus years.
