Brian COOK Obituary
Passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on 1 October 2018, in his 81st year. Dearly loved husband of Diane, loved father and father-in-law of Stephen and Jacqueline, Rob and Ami, Phillip and Janine. Cherished Grandad of Aimee, Michael and Theo. In accordance with Dad's wishes, a private service has been held. Our special thanks to the staff at Taranaki Base Hospital, Te Rangimarie Hospice and Riverside Lifecare.
