Condolences, Meridee and family, on the passing of Crel. I was reminiscing with Mick on the Harrier Club committee meetings held in our living room when I was a child. Moments of hilarious laughter ceased when supper was served. Crel was an integral part of a great team.

What sad news. Crelin was such an inspiration to us all - his passion for getting it right, his absolute commitment to his family, industry and colleagues and his total integrity. It was a total pleasure to be a work colleague and then to be accepted as whanau. that was the measure of the man. Warmest wishes to all of you as we grieve one of life's true gentlemen.

I will always be grateful to Crelin for giving me a chance all those years ago to work for Inglewood Motors. Even though I needed to learn a lot he was very patient with me and over the years we had some great discussions: it being history, books, music etc.
