Dave (David Lindsay):
On Sunday, 5 June 2016, and in his 90th year, Dave passed peacefully in Hawera. Beloved husband of Myra Johnson, and loved dad of Bryce and Maggie (Wellington), Taryn (Tauranga), Peter and Suzanne (Hawera), and Brett and Jane (Hawera). Loved grandad of Suzy and Boris, David and Holly, Tom, and Kate, Michael, and Tim, and little great-granddaughter Ngawhetu. Also loved brother and brother-in-law of the late Reg and Flo Johnson, the late Connie and Mick Bourke, and Russell and the late June Bayliss. Messages C/- P.O. Box 205 Hawera 4640. Friends of Dave and the family are invited to a service for him which will be held at the Wesley Methodist church this Friday, 10 June 2016, commencing at 1 pm. Private cremation thereafter.

So sorry to read about Dave Myra, I will never forget him saying he uses his height to full advantage at the net when we were playing, a fantastic sense of humour and a lovely guy. Hope you are keeping well. Val Jones, Levin.
