David JACKSON Obituary
JACKSON, David Arthur (Dave). - On 15 June 2013, at Auckland City Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Dearly loved husband of Valerie. Loving father to Guy and Julie, Simon and Catherine, Ngaere and Neil, Marama and Mike, and Anna and Dad to Ronnie, and adored grandad to his 14 grandchildren. Dad passed as he lived, with quiet dignity.
A celebration of Dave's life will be held in Christ Church, 169 Ladies Mile, Ellerslie, Auckland, on Wednesday 19 June 2013 at 1.30pm, followed by a private family cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Leukaemia and Blood Foundation, PO Box 99-182, Newmarket, Auckland 1149 would be appreciated.
