I met Dereck through renting a couple of places through the lady's at first National. In the time I knew dereck he did so much for me and my daughter indy it's unreal. not only stuff around the properties I was renting but helping me out personally. I've never met somebody so generous in my life I can't thank him enough for everything he's done for me. I feel honored to of met the family of such a kind hearted man at his service yesterday. I have a lot of small memories with dereck that I will treasure forever. He is an inspiration on my life and has touched my heart. Although I'm not longer living in stratford I will miss Derecks visits and him popping in to check on me all the time. Thinking of you Annie xox.Derrick will be sadly missed

BOUND,
Derek John Fredrick:
We express our heartfelt condolences to Annie and her family. Derek was a large part of our First National family. He was not only a handyman for our rentals but also very caring and willing to help out anyone who needed a hand. Will be sadly missed.
