SMITH, Derrick Michael:
Tib, Yvette, Billy, Dominic and Robyn sincerely thank everyone for the love and support shown to them following the passing of Derrick. Thank you for the visits, phone calls, cards, flowers and food received. Heartfelt gratitude to Te Rangimarie Hospice who supported us to nurse Derrick at home, to Omahanui Homecare Services who provided daily care over the last two years, Ascot for the camaraderie and friendship Derrick enjoyed, and to Canon Bill Marsh for his kindness and prayers.
