Dear Nola, I am so very sorry to hear that you have lost Des. You were always very special to us at Keats House and we looked forward to your visits. I was just looking at photos of you both at the launch of Eric's book when I felt I must check the internet, only to read the sad news.
Take care of yourself Nola, Des will always be remembered with great affection. Such a lovely man.
Much Love Roberta Davis formerly at Keats House Museum

Dear Mrs Corbett, Mary, Jan and the rest of the family. So sorry to hear of the loss of a very special man whom I have many fond memories of and how he laughed at my gift of the wooden spoon. My heartfelt thoughts are with you all during this sad time.
