BENNETT, Donald Heaton:
Don's family acknowledge heartfelt love for our Dad, Grandad and Great G'da and the wonderful sincere gentleman that he was. Travelling on the journey we're now on has been helped with the love and support of our wonderful family, extended family, our friends, Don's friends and fellow parishioners over many years. Their presence at the celebration of his life, the beautiful cards, messages and tributes, baking and kind words have meant so much. Special thanks to Manoa Havea for conducting a service befitting of Don, the wonderful care he received from Tainui Village staff, Dr Henderson, TDHB staff, Bruce Hanrahan and staff from Vospers. Don often said the best thing he did in his life was to marry Gwenda Beth Kitchingman. His family agree wholeheartedly and miss them both every day.
