Edward Leslie Eric (Les):
Passed away peacefully at Elizabeth R Retirement Village, with his treasured "Sparra" by his side. Loved husband of the late Christene. Loved Dad of Beryl and Wuzz, Ted, Colin and Phyllis, Grant and Lynette, Jeanette and Sean, and Kelvin and Fran. Loved Grandad of 14 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. Thanks to Dr Radich and the wonderful staff of Elizabeth R Retirement Village. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice Whanganui and may be left in the donation box in the church foyer. A service to celebrate Les' life will be held in the Church of the Good Shepherd, Main Road, Waverley, on Saturday 29 April 2017, at 1.00pm.

Time spent with us changed your mind about Rest Homes. The happy banter went both ways and even ‘Sparra’ joined in. Jayne has checked and the chocolate shares have plummeted. Go now in peace.
