Ellen DEVOY Obituary
On Friday, July 18, 2025, surrounded by her loving family, aged 83 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Bob, much loved mother of Lee and David Ruffles; and Pieta and Nick Empson. Beloved Gran of Sam, Ben, Fin and Jasper, whom she proudly loved and adored. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.

The family sincerely thank Dr Alison Wooding for her exceptional care of Ellen, and also to the staff at Banbury House. Messages to the family of the late Ellen Devoy c/- PO Box 10345, Christchurch 8145. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Breast Cancer Foundation may be made online at breastcancerfoundation.org.nz. A celebration of Ellen's life will be held in Rossendale, 100 Old Tai Tapu Road, on Friday, July 25, at 1.00pm. Private cremation thereafter.
