Eleanor GIBBONS Obituary
Eleanor Marjorie (nee Pugh):
Peacefully, at Sommerset Mountain View, on Sunday, 15 May 2022, aged 83 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Michael. Loved Mum of Wayne and Trish, Stevie (deceased), John and Sharyn, Cherie and Paul, and Shane. Loved Nanny of Brooklin and Jesse, Nathan, Ashton, Noah, Brian, Emma, and Samantha. In lieu of flowers, donations to Yellow Brick Road would be greatly appreciated and may be left in the Chapel foyer. All messages may be sent to 'The Gibbons Family', c/- PO Box 4016, New Plymouth. A celebration of Eleanor's life will be held in the Chapel of W. Abraham, 366 Devon Street East, New Plymouth, on Friday, 20 May at 2.00pm, followed by a private cremation.

Treasured Mother-in-Law and Nanny.
Eleanor, was the most gracious, non-judgemental, loving, accepting, authentically true and devoted woman to her family, . Her fighting spirit, against life´s many obstacle´s was inspirational.
A spirited, giggly and fun Nanny to her granddaughters, Brooklin and Jesse, whom she loved and adored deeply and whole heartedly.
*Thank you for the many happy memories we´ve had together for over the 30 years. Your authentic kindness and loyality was appreciated and you will be forever loved and missed.

To the Gibbons Family
Our condolences on the passing of Eleanor. She was Mum's ( Rita Thompson ) cousin ; our Nana's ( Ida Ross) niece. She kept in regular contact with Mum up until Mum's passing.
Our thoughts are with you all at this sad time.
