Evelyn VAN ENGEN Obituary

Passed away peacefully at Brydon Court, Hawera, on Monday, 25th of August 2025, aged 86 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Gerry. Loved mother of Maria and Gene, and Krissy and Eric. Adored Grandma of Jemma and Luke, Sarah and Shannon, Kate and Corey, Callum and Keely, Paige and Brayden, Alyssa, Jeffrey and Tracey, Ally and Marcus, Nicola, and Matthew. Great-Grandma to Caleb, Lachlan, Ana, Ella, Emmy, Percy, and Jasmine. A service for Evelyn will be held at Tairoa Lodge, 3 Puawai Street, Hawera, on Friday, 29th of August 2025, commencing at 1pm. Sorry to hear of Evelyn's passing, Mum & Dad were good friends of Gerry & Evelyn, as well as Gerry being Dad's best man at his wedding all those years ago. I remember going to the farm at Manutahi many times growing up.
