So sad to hear of Gary's passing. I learnt so many skills that have lasted me a lifetime from this Man when I worked for Gary in the mid 90s, together we worked on so many buildings and projects around Taranaki and further even fitting picture theater screens around the country for a time. Every time I look at the Stratford clock tower in our town I'll think of you Gary.. RIP Mate thanks so much for taking me under your wing...

Sorry to hear of the passing of Gary, a great mate of my father“s (Bruce). I remember visiting the house on Devon Street West when we were kids. Swimming in the pool, the shag pile carpet and the tunnel he built from the street to the back of the property...Great memories. Dad will be happy to see you, RIP. The Ovenden Family.

Gary worked on many of the large buildings in New Plymouth and I worked for him doing his accounts. I remember going into the TSB when it was being built. Also the large house he lived in as he built in Junction Street. He certainly was his own person and I know he appreciated Mike & family so much. Also Sally he appreciated the changes you brought to his life.
