A great totara has fallen in the forest of Taane.

Well our great Cycling Historian has left us.

Sad to hear that Garry has passed. Another great guy and Builder leaving us. Garry was very much respected in the Building trade and employed many also supporting many sporting teams. Garry will be in good company.

The sad Loss of Garry will be felt deeply by many, for he was a strong administrator & competitor in the local Cycling Club and known widely for his manner and encouragement throughout the country. He also being a great family man, who admired the children and greatly appreciated Joan for all her assistance and togetherness since their joining.
I send my Condolences to the family in the sad loss of their loved one and to hold close the tremendous memories, to help through this difficult time.
