AITKEN, Gloria Dawn:
Kerry, Sharon, Gayleen, Clinton and families wish to sincerely thank all those who supported us in so many ways by sending flowers, cards, baking and phone calls during the loss of our dearly loved mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Thank you to all those who attended the funeral service and helped us celebrate the life of someone very dear to us. Our sincere thanks goes to the staff at Ward 4 TBH, Dr G Radich, Mary Ann Home and Hospital and Hospice Nurses for your support and care during Dawn's illness. Special thanks to Pamela at Brian Darth Funeral Service for the professional and personal manner in which she arranged for Dawn's funeral and provided for all her personal wishes. To John Sandford thank you for the wonderful personal service. Many thanks for all the donations to Hospice Taranaki. As many addresses are unknown please accept this as a personal acknowledgement.
