Gordon MacDONALD Obituary

Peacefully at Summerset Pohutukawa on Saturday, 15 November 2025. Dearly loved husband of the late Valerie. Cherished Dad of Robyn & Dean, Trevor (dec), Gavin & Jackie, and Linda & Steve. Loved by his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In preference to flowers, please consider a donation to the Taranaki Rescue Helicopter Trust. Messages to Gordon's Family may be left on his tribute page at eagars.co.nz/gordon. A service to celebrate Gordon's life will be held at Eagars Te Henui Chapel, 46 Watson Street, New Plymouth, on Thursday, 20 November 2025, at 10.30am. Followed by his burial at Opunake Cemetery on Friday, 21 November at 1pm.

For those unable to attend, Gordon's funeral will be livestreamed via his tribute page.

I thought he was the loveliest man, always with a smile which he especially showed when he was part of our Cardio Drumming group at our Summerset Village. And I loved his tambourine playing as part of Village Ukes.
