Our condolences to the whole Candy family - I only met Graham a handful of times when visiting Hayden and Diane, but he was always warm, welcoming and larger than life. We're really sorry for your loss. Mark and Vanessa.

To the Family of Graham Candy, Shocked to read of Grahams passing, seems like the other day talking to him at Hawera Seafoods, Condolences to the Family.

Very sorry to hear of Graham's passing. We will always remember when Croc blew up a fallen tree on our property in Makahu. It was across a stream and he had a mate with him who asked how he was going to get the explosive into the trunk. Croc gave his mate a nudge and he fell into the stream. Croc immediately said " while you're in there you can organize it"

One of my favourite memory´s from my child hood was a party at the Candys place where us kids rode the sheep. Frightening but fantastic. Graham was a true hardcase with the best laugh and great smile.

Sorry for your loss. I have some great memories of Croc! Especially with the digger and his ability to make everyone feel so welcome in a third half celebration! He was a lovely man who was always very kind.

Memories of our Post Office days Julie ....your mum and dad would both come in together to see you, and Graham would always give us some cheek and leave everyone smiling and laughing for the day.
