Veronica, Patrick, Michael and Emilie would like to extend our deepest gratitude to all who supported us during the illness and loss of our dearly loved husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend Grant. To our employers thank you for your support and allowing us to have quality time off to spend with Grant during his final days. Thank you for the generous gifts of flowers, baking, cards, visits and kind messages. The love, support and kindness has been overwhelming. To CRV, thank you for your support of Grant during his illness, for the amazing Guard of Honour and your ongoing support to us all. To Father Tom Lawn, St Patrick's Parish Kaponga and all those who contributed at his service, a big thank you for making Grant's service special and memorable. To all the medical staff at Taranaki Base, Hawera & Crest Hospitals especially Drs Richard Issacs and Anton Westraad, thank you for trying your best and giving us hope. To those who gave to the Give a Little page, thank you for enabling us to try other options. To our family and friends, thank you for being there for us then, and over the past year. Your love, support and kindness has been a source of comfort to us and will never be forgotten.
