COLE, Ian Malcolm:
Died peacefully in Taranaki Base Hospital on 18 August, 2016. A farewell service for Ian will be held in the Maida Vale Chapel, 20 Pohutukawa Place, Bell Block, at 1:30pm, Tuesday 23 August. Private cremation.
