COULTHART, Doctor Ian James (MB CHB Glasgow) (Former Ships Surgeon). -
On 19th March 2013 peacefully at Trinity Home & Hospital, Hawera, aged 83 years. Loved Husband of Sandy. Loved Father and Father-in-law of Janet and Mark Quinliven, Ross and Kerri, Sarah and Gavin Schimer, Ngaire and Dan Osmer, and Alistair. Loved Grandfather of John, Alex; Lucy, Milly; Heidi, and Eva. In lieu of flowers, donations to Trinity Home & Hospital Hawera would be greatly appreciated and can be left in the Church Foyer.
Friends are invited to attend Doctor Ian's Funeral Service in the Church of the Good Shepherd, Main Road, Waverley, on Saturday 23rd March 2013 at 1.00pm to be followed by private cremation.

My deepest sympathy to your family. Dr Ian was a very caring man and GP. I benefited from his care on many occassions as a young girl in Waverley. He was a wonderful man.
