Remember Ian well as an older teenager who would enjoy setting us younger lads straight and away from his sister Jane too I think. Fun times sitting outside Blakes in Tothill st listening to the band practice in your basement. Big Catholic families of the day slowly being whittled away. Condolences Bernie and families

To the family and friends of Ian Fahy.
Just wanted to say, growing up as a child, Ian was a person you couldn't forget... the gentle warm friendly smiles Ian wore constantly..
I'm sending my thoughts and condolences to Ian's loved ones and the rest of his family, who were all very special to us, growing up as young children in the Huatoki Valley.
Ian was my age, and as a child, felt he was a very special person.
Would like to say thanks for the special childhood memories we experienced to cherish from the early years.
As a child to my teen years, walking up along the track above the Huatoki riverbank through the bush to the Fahy family in Glenpark Ave.
Peace, love and light be with your family and loved ones.
RIP Ian and God Bless you all.

A lot of water under our bridges but from shared school days to recent years we were friends. Most recent 'catch-up' at Jane's 60th, Ian in GREAT form!!! Since kept occasional contact on LinkedIn. The online service was a nice way to participate in in the final farewell. RIP Ian.
