Ian FINDLAY Obituary

Passed peacefully at Marinoto Rest Home on Friday 24th October 2025, aged 94 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Amy. Loved father and father-in-law of Anne and Richard Jordan, Carol (dec), Bev and Allan Eichstaedt, and Wendy (dec). Much loved Grandpop to Michelle and Peter, Rachael and Neale, Jeanette and Lincoln, Phillippa and Jarard; Kelly (dec), Michael and Hemaima, Shaun and Sian, Kimberley, Jason and Kirsten, and 23 great-grandchildren. All messages may be sent to 'The Findlay Family', c/- PO Box 4016, New Plymouth 4340, or left online at wabraham.co.nz/notices Special thanks to the staff at Marinoto for their love and care for Ian. In accordance with Ian's wishes, a private family service has been held.

So sorry to hear of Ian's passing. What a wonderful man. I have fond memories of many discussions on Fonterra and the dairy industry with Ian, and admired him attending meetings, with Allan, right up until recently. RIP Ian.
