Irene GREEN Obituary

So sorry to see your mum has passed Susan and David. You wont remember us but me and my sisters grew up with Irene on the farm at Oanui and spent all school holidays out there with uncle Willy (her dad) and Anne Pentelow her auntie who our mum went to school with and Jim and Don. So many memories Irene used to make me dresses and dolls clothes. A beautiful dressmaker. She was also bridesmaid for my eldest sister ,and my middle sister and I were bridesmaids for her and your dads wedding. Sadly we all lost touch over time when they shifted to wellington but had a lovely letter from Irene 18 months ago . We cant be there today but our thoughts will be with you all as you share lovely memories of a loving and caring mum and grandma and to us girls was like a sister.

David monique Nd I are very sorry to read of your Mums passing.What a lovely lovely Lady she was .I use to very much enjoy her coming into my salon Hair on Maclean in Paraparaumu Beach .We use to have some lovely chats
Monique also when she worked with me would catch up with your Mum .Also Monique got to know her when she virtualy lived next door to your Parents when she rented off you..anyway i unfortunately cannot attend the service but my thoughts will be with you and we send special love to your Mum whom i know will now be in Gods garden .regards Shona and Monique Kramer
