Irene MCCALL Obituary
Irene Betty (nee Morecraft):
Passed away at home on 18th May 2022. Daughter of the late Lionel and Jean Morecraft. Sister to the late Hazel and Les, and surviving siblings Nancy and Ian. Mother to Jo and mother-in-law to Michael. Grammie to Tyler and Ollie, and a treasured Aunty to many. A memorial service will be held for Irene on Friday 27th May 2022, 11.00am, at Grahams Chapel, 31 West Street, Pukekohe, followed by an ash burial at Heights Park.

Hi Jo and the Morecraft family.
I am sorry to read of the passing of Irene. My condolences to you all.
It is with great affection I remember all the Morecraft family - friends, neighbours, and Avon customers; but Irene became part of my life from when I first moved to Pukekohe - I first remember her and her future husband from Super Value Supermarket, where they both worked at that time. Those were the days !?!
I later met Lionel and Jean as neighbours, then again Irene, and Jo as part of their family. They all became part of my Avon family for the 25yrs I sold that - still neighbours, friends and clients.
During those years, Irene came to work part-time for us at Waste Petroleum Combustion for a time, and her help was much appreciated.
Long after that, the contact with the family was maintained, but was sadly lost with the passing of Jean, then Lionel.
Our thoughts are with you at this time, and travel back to the 1970s when I first met Irene.
