To Bryan, Karen, Neil and families. I´m very sorry to hear of the passing of your dad. When I visited him in summerset I was under the impression it was just a hospital stay until he could get back on his feet and home again. Unfortunately I had prior commitments today and was unable to attend his funeral but rest assured my thoughts have been with you all.

Dear Karen, I send my condolences to you, Neil and Bryan on your Dad´s passing. He clearly lived life well - and I fondly remember our `escapade/efforts´ in Darwin after Barbara´s accident - and have to laugh! I also appreciated the way he kept in touch during and after those challenging times. Love to you all - Marion

Very sad. I well remember our Christmases together both at Awatuna & Ngaere. I recall hay making with John on Xmas Day actually just before the rain came. Dad was adamant we needed to get it in the shed so Xmas lunch had to wait.
