BRADLEY, Jake Brendon
Jeff. - Born and peacefully passed away 7 December 2013, 11lb 3oz, 34 weeks, 1 day gestation. Dearly loved youngest son of Krystal Allan and Brendon Bradley. Little brother of Izabella (deceased), Annalee and Alexander. Now at rest with his sister. Treasured grandson of Jeff and Lynn Allan; Tracie Curtis and Kevin Bradley. Thanks to all involved at New Plymouth and Wellington hospitals.
A graveside service for family and close friends will be held at Awanui Cemetery, New Plymouth on Thursday 12 December 2013 at 10.30am.

I was so sorry to hear of your loss. I know it will be difficult for you for a long time. When I read of Jake's falling asleep, I was reminded of what Jesus did for a mother who was deprived of her only son, in his day...The end result being that she was reunited with her son.
