Six years ago today our hearts and lives were torn forever.
Jazz you live strong in our hearts and not a day goes by where we don't remember the fun, laughter and dynamics you brought to our family.
Mum, Dad and Steen miss your vivacious personality but we will always remember you as hot, happy and healthy.
We are still living by your motto "live each day like there is no tomorrow".
