Jean ASHCROFT Obituary
Peacefully at Elizabeth R Rest Home and Hospital Stratford on Monday, 27 June 2016. Aged 85 years. Loved wife of the late David, much loved mother and mother-in-law of Lynette and Dennis (Rotorua), Bruce (deceased), Noel (New Plymouth), Noeline and Ken (Stratford), Paula and Drew Midgley (New Plymouth), Dean and Kylie (Hawera), loved nana to all her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Messages may be sent to the Ashcroft family C/- P O Box 218 Stratford 4352 or left at heavenaddress.com In preference to flowers donations to St Johns would be appreciated and may be left at the service. Family and friends are invited to attend a service for Jean at the Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Cnr Regan & Juliet Streets, Stratford on Friday, 1 July 2016, at 1:30pm followed by the burial at The Kopuatama Cemetery, Stratford.

Jean was the reading advisor when I was first teaching. She helped a lot of young teachers . She had a lovely manner and I have quoted things she said to me to teachers several times over the years .
She gave great advice. Love to the family .
