Jill (nee Matthews):
Aged 87, of Wanaka, on 28th October 2022. Born in New Plymouth 8th September 1935. Dearly loved wife of John. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Andrew & Alison, Philippa & Neil, Bernard & Kathy, and loved Gran of Hamish, Struan, Mark, Ethan, Esther, Kate, Mitchell and Arna. A special sister to Elizabeth & the late David Benney, John & Lynda Matthews, Richard Matthews & Seng Cheah. A celebration of Jill's life will be held in the Wanaka Presbyterian Community Church, 94Tenby Street, Wanaka, on Friday, 4th November, at 1.30pm. Livestreaming at www.affinityfunerals.nz

Its with great sadness I read of your passing Jill, its been many years since I have seen you but just recently asked John how you and Elizabeth were he told me that you were unwell. My memories go back to buying my first pony from you girls (Mischeif) and enjoying pony club with you, then of course your other pony Pageant came to our family.Rest in Peace Jill thank you for the lovely memories.Fay Looney (Naylor)
