Jim AHU Obituary

Passed peacefully on Monday 1st July 2024, aged 85 years. Jim was Te Matamua (first born) of Pouaka and Katie and an adored whangai son of the late Tamirangi and Matetu Kenney, and early loved husband of the late Mere. Loved Dad of Tiemi and the late Helen, Ben and Brenda, Teni and Michael (UK), Darrell and Paula, Gail and Darrell, Adrienne, Mere and Evan, Corey and Julie, and Lop.
Much cherished and respected Koko to all his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Jim was a much loved brother, uncle, cousin, and friend to many. A service for Jim will be held at Taniwha-Tangoao Marae on Friday 5th July 2024 at 11.00am, followed by a burial at Okarea Urupa.

Fly high with your angels now you are at peace and no more suffering. I will love you for ever you are going to be sadly missed.
