LAIRD, Joan (née Reading):
Died peacefully on Monday 19th September 2022. Much loved wife of Joe for 72 years. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of David & Ava, Murray & Jenny; Susan & Wayne. Proud "Nana" of Jo, Bronwen, Richard, Hayden, Moir; Amy, Russel; Jared, Hayden, Rochelle, Aleisha & Keelan. Much loved by her 15 great-grandchildren also. Cherished daughter of George and Bertha Reading - and sister to Ettie, Harry, Jack, Mabel, Ivy, Mollie, Phyllis, George, Jim & Marjorie (all now deceased). A funeral for Joan will be held for family and friends at
St Mary's Anglican Church in Hawera on Tuesday 27th
September at 11.00am, followed by a private cremation.
