BETTS, John William and Barbara Ann:
(Formerly of Hawera)
Passed away peacefully together with family by their sides on Thursday 22 October 2015, happily married for 54 years. Loved Mum, Dad, Grandma, Grandad, Great-Grandma and Great-Grandad of Stephen and Debra, Matthew, Thea, and Hannah; Julie and Peter O'Dea, Emma and Michael and baby Indie, and Jules; Vicki and George. All messages to the Betts Family c/- Eagars Funeral Services, P.O. Box 75, Stratford 4352. In accordance with John and Barbara's wishes a private service will be held.

So very sorry to hear of your parents sudden passing. My condolences to all the family. I have many memories of work related situations with John. He was a respected and honoured member of the electrical fraternity in Hawera. Barbara was also a very pleasant person to know.

What a shock to read where your much loved Mum, Dad, Grandma, Grandad, Great-Grandma and Great-Grandad Barbara and John have both passed away. Its a blessing to know that they both went peacefully together. They were awesome neighbours here in Disraeli St Hawera, we would always stop to have a chat about theirs and our dogs and every other day things. You will never to be forgotten.
