John GRAHAM Obituary

On 26th March 2026 as the rain softly fell, John passed peacefully at 'Home' at 'The Barn'; in his 95th year. Devoted husband of Noeleen for 68 years. Dearly loved and respected father and father-in-law of Janet and Graham Green, and Lynette and Wayne Gopperth. Cherished Gargie John of Hayden and Megan, Hayley and Greg, Scott and Patrice, Kendyl and Dylan, and Brady and Larrah, and Great-Gargie John to his 16 great-grandies. A man of gentle strength and unwavering love who lived a life full of kindness and unforgettable memories, and although he is no longer here to share his infectious smile we invite you to join us in remembering and honouring a life well lived. The service to celebrate John's life will be held at the Robert Gibson Hall Manaia on Monday, 30th March, at 1.00pm. A livestream of John's service will be available to watch on his tribute page at www.hardingsfunerals.co.nz/tributes

Please accept our deepest sympathies on the passing of Mr Graham. It was so nice to chat with him at a family wedding at the barn last year. I have fond memories of visiting the fabric store in Manaia when staying at Nana and Grandads (Bev & Ted Thomas) and always took great joy in reminding John that we shared our birthdays. A true Manaia gentleman with the kindest of smiles. Rest easy and much love to the family xox
