John Geoffrey (Geof):
Passed away peacefully with his family present on Friday, March 24, 2017, in his 92nd year, at Jean Sandel Retirement Village, New Plymouth. Dearly loved husband of May for 67 years. Loved father and father-in-law of Ann and Vince, Val and Murray, Alan, and John and Merrill. Dearly loved poppa of Nick, Catherine, Simon, Louise, Blair, Kimberley, Lane, Braden, Morgan, Robert, Alexandra, and Chris, and great-poppa of 18 nearly 20. All communications C/- Kenyon family, Townhouse #108, Jean Sandel Retirement Village, 95 Barrett Road, New Plymouth 4310. Tributes can also be posted on www.heavenaddress.com Donations to Alzheimer's Taranaki would be appreciated and can be left in the Chapel foyer. A service for Geof will be held in the Chapel of W. Abraham, 366 Devon Street East, New Plymouth, on Monday, March 27, 2017, at 10.30am, followed by private cremation.

I was dis-appointed that our plan of canoeing on the Bowron Lake Wilderness Circuit had been lost, despite practising on the River Ouse during the summer. Geoff and May came to our rescue and gave me a taste of what we had originally planned.
